Who we are

What we collect

Order information: name, email, shipping address, phone (if provided), and what you bought - so we can print and deliver your order.
Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Device & usage data: browser type, pages visited, and cookies that keep the store working (cart, checkout, analytics).
Marketing data: only if you opt in - e.g. joining our email list.

Why we use it (legal bases)

Contract (fulfilling your order), consent (marketing emails - unsubscribe anytime), and legitimate interests (preventing fraud, improving the store).

Who we share it with

Shopify (our store platform), Printify and its print providers (they need your name, address and order details to print and ship), and our payment processor. We never sell your data. Ever.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, and object to marketing at any time. Email theunrulypack@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.

Retention & security

We keep order records as long as tax law requires, then delete them. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on secure, access-controlled systems.
