RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thanks for shopping with Unruly Pack. Because every item is printed just for you, please read how returns and refunds work before you order.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All of our apparel is printed on demand after you place your order. Each piece is made individually and cannot be restocked, so we do not accept returns for change of mind (including a wrong size or color ordered by mistake). Please check the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. To start a claim, email us within 30 days of delivery at theunrulypack@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue

We aim to resolve every claim within 3 business days.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards and final-sale items marked as such at checkout cannot be returned or refunded.

EU CUSTOMERS

If you are based in the EU, you keep all statutory consumer rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, except for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
