Returns, refunds & our promise

Because every Unruly Pack piece is printed to order, we can't put it back on a shelf - but we still want you to buy with total confidence.

Our mistakes: always on us

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or just plain wrong, tell us within 30 days at theunrulypack@gmail.com (include your order number and a photo). We'll send a free replacement or a full refund - your choice, no return shipping needed.

Changed your mind or picked the wrong size

You have 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, in their original condition. Email us first for a return address; return shipping is on you, and we'll refund the item price once it arrives back.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our fault.
