Last updated: October 2026. By buying from Unruly Pack you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

1. Made-to-order goods

All products are printed on demand after you order. Production takes 3–7 business days (see our Shipping Policy); slight variations in print placement or colour vs. product photos are normal for print-on-demand and aren't defects.

2. Our designs are ours

All artwork, illustrations and copy on this store are © Unruly Pack. Buying a product gives you the physical item - not the artwork, and not the right to reproduce it. Please don't copy our designs; we made them with love and lawyers.

3. Prices & errors

Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. If we spot an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before fulfilling - you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the store (fraud, chargeback abuse, scraping our catalogue). We may cancel suspicious orders and refund them.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights under Irish and EU law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. EU consumers also benefit from the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
